Create a group

The group feature can assign a review template to specific employees based on the employee’s job code. More information about job codes can be found here.

Step 1: Navigate to Groups

Under the Administration tab in the left-hand menu, click Groups.

Step 2: Create group

In the Tool Box, click the green circle button to create a group.

Step 3: Enter new Performance Group information

A. Enter a name for the Performance Group (required).
B. Mark the group as active or inactive (required).
C. Select the group type as job (required).
D. Enter a description (optional).
E. Select the review template to assign to all selected jobs (required).

Step 4: Select the jobs to associate with this Performance Group

Only job codes not assigned to a group will display in the Available Jobs section. A job code can be assigned to only one group at a time.

To add a job code to the group:

  • Select the job code from the Available Jobs section.
  • Click Add Job.

To remove a job code from the group:

  • Select the job code from the Selected Jobs section.
  • Click Remove Job.

Step 5: Save changes

To save changes to the group, click the save icon in the Tool Box.
