Locating open requests<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Select Daily Procedures > Requests <\/strong>from the Navigation tree or click the blue \u201cballoon\u201d icon on the Navigation Toolbar.

Click on the Employee Requests<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Request Filtering can be set-up a number of different ways but to see all of the requests, use the following filter options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Employee Filter \u2013 From:       <\/strong>Any Employee<\/li>
  • Employee Filter \u2013 To:<\/strong>            Any Recipient<\/li>
  • Status\/Type Filter:<\/strong>                Any Request Type \/ Unanswered \/ Including Hidden<\/li>
  • View Range:<\/strong>                         Current Pay Period<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Click the FILTER<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Click on the unanswered request(s) to bring up the Detail View window, where you can Approve or Decline the request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Withdrawing requests<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Select Daily Procedures > Requests<\/strong> from the Navigation tree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Select the request to be withdrawn and in the Request Detail window, click on the Withdraw Request<\/strong> button. This will withdraw the request, requiring no further action from the receiving supervisor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Withdrawing requests on employee\u2019s behalf<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Select Security Setup > User Security<\/strong> from the Navigation tree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Select the employee\u2019s name from the employee drop-down menu. Click the Impersonate <\/strong>button. This will generate a new tab, with the employee\u2019s permissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Canceling an approved request<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          Click on the request to be cancelled In the request Detail View click on the CANCEL REQUEST <\/strong>button. This will submit a cancellation request to the supervisor to whom the original request was submitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Editing and removing time off manually<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          Select Daily Procedures > Data Entry > Hours<\/strong> from the Navigation tree.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Select the employee\u2019s name from the employee drop-down menu and the pay period in which the time off is recorded from the pay period drop-down menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          The following fields can be edited:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • Actual (Date)<\/li>
          • Hours\/Minutes<\/li>
          • Pay Type<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            To delete an entry, click the trashcan icon to the right of that line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
