See <a href=\"https:\/\/help.insperity.com\/bps\/knowledge-base\/creating-and-assigning-roles-in-orgplus\/\" data-type=\"ht_kb\" data-id=\"1203\">Creating and assigning roles in OrgPlus<\/a> on how to create roles, which includes adding user permissions for workforce planning.<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-toggle wp-block-hb-toggle\"><div class=\"wp-block-hb-toggle__title\"><span>If I share my plan with a user, will they receive a notification that I have shared with them?<\/span><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-hb-toggle__content\"><div class=\"wp-block-hb-toggle__contentwrap\">Email notifications will be sent to the users when sharing plan with them unless the administrator has disabled these email notifications.<br><br>For instructions on disabling notifications, see <a href=\"https:\/\/help.insperity.com\/bps\/knowledge-base\/configuring-plan-status-settings-in-orgplus-planning\/\" data-type=\"ht_kb\" data-id=\"1286\">Configuring plan status settings in OrgPlus Planning<\/a><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-toggle wp-block-hb-toggle\"><div class=\"wp-block-hb-toggle__title\"><span>I made adjustments to the chart layout; can I lock those into place for when I share my plan with others?<\/span><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-hb-toggle__content\"><div class=\"wp-block-hb-toggle__contentwrap\">Absolutely!
