Only the main administrator for Integra can add a new user.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Accessing Integra<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Open a web browser and go to https:\/\/integra.insperity.com\/Dashboard\/Main<\/a>. Enter your credentials and click Log In<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2: Navigate to the Users List<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • On the top right-hand side of the page, click your name.\n

    • Click Users <\/strong>from the dropdown menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Step 3: Invite User<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      • Click Invite User<\/strong> on the top right-hand side.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          \n
        • Enter the individual\u2019s contact email address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Choose whether they are a regular user or a non-paid user.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Choose what access the user will have for Integra.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Click Save <\/strong>to have the system automatically send an email to the individual so they can create a login.\n

          • If your company has multiple tenants within Integra, please wait until the individual has created their initial user account. Once created, please follow the same process for each tenant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
