Enter your credentials and click <strong>Log In<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 2: Syncing QuickBooks with the latest data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<strong>Note:<\/strong> This step is required if employee records are being tracked in QuickBooks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>QuickBooks Online<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In Integra, hover over the two circular arrows in the bottom left-hand corner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Update Now<\/strong> (this will be highlighted orange).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>QuickBooks Desktop<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open your QuickBooks Desktop application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access the Web Connector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the account synced to Integra.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Update Selected<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 3: Navigate to the Employee list<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on <strong>Settings<\/strong>, under <strong>Configuration<\/strong>, click <strong>Employee Setup<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"175\" height=\"197\" src=\"https:\/\/help.insperity.com\/bps\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/04\/Integra-Employee-Setup-New.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4324\" style=\"width:157px;height:173px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 4: Split pay<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select <strong>EDIT <\/strong>on the top right-hand side.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"672\" height=\"74\" src=\"https:\/\/help.insperity.com\/bps\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/04\/Integra-Split-Pay-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4332\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the <strong>% Split<\/strong> column, click the arrow to the left of the percentage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"672\" height=\"138\" src=\"https:\/\/help.insperity.com\/bps\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/04\/Integra-Split-Pay-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4333\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click the <strong>ADD NEW <\/strong>button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"672\" height=\"137\" src=\"https:\/\/help.insperity.com\/bps\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/04\/Integra-Split-Pay-3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4334\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The percentage will automatically change from 100 to 99.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"672\" height=\"140\" src=\"https:\/\/help.insperity.com\/bps\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/04\/Integra-Split-Pay-4.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4335\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enter the split percentage and complete mapping preferences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>SAVE<\/strong> on the top right-hand side.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"672\" height=\"222\" src=\"https:\/\/help.insperity.com\/bps\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/04\/Integra-Split-Pay-5.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4336\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Step 1: Accessing Integra Open a browser and enter https:\/\/integra.insperity.com\/Dashboard\/Main.
