Step 1: Accessing Integra<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Open a browser and enter https:\/\/integra.insperity.com\/Dashboard\/Main<\/a>. Enter your credentials and click Log In<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2: Syncing QuickBooks with the latest data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

 <\/em>Note:<\/strong> This step is required if employee records are being tracked in QuickBooks.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

QuickBooks Online<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • In Integra, hover over the two circular arrows on the top right-hand corner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Select Update Now<\/strong> (this will be highlighted in orange).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    QuickBooks Desktop<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • Open your QuickBooks Desktop application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Access the Web Connector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Select the account synced to Integra.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Select Update Selected<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Step 3: Navigate to the Employees List<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • Under the Settings <\/strong>area, select the Configuration <\/strong>tab in the left-hand menu.\n

        • Click Employee Setup<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Step 4: Adding and mapping new employees<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          QuickBooks Employees Setup tab<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Note<\/strong>: Employees must be mapped here if you’re importing time from Time and Attendance and\/or timesheets from QuickBooks.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • New employees will import on this tab automatically if they have been added in QuickBooks and have been synced.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Select EDIT <\/strong>on the top right-hand side.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            • Map the new Employee(s) that has been added with the Insperity ID(s) and accounts necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Select SAVE<\/strong> on the top right-hand side.\n

              • Before saving, confirm there’s not a red X in the Status column. If so, double-check both employee tabs and resolve the red-boxed errors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                    • Map the Employee(s) that has been added with the employee’s name, Insperity ID(s), and accounts necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Before saving, confirm there’s not a red X  in the Status column. If so, double-check both employee tabs and resolve the red-boxed error.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
