Enter your credentials and click <strong>Log In<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 2: Syncing QuickBooks with the latest data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&nbsp;<\/em><strong>Note:<\/strong> <em>This step is required if employee records are being tracked in QuickBooks.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>QuickBooks Online<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In Integra, hover over the two circular arrows on the top right-hand corner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Update Now<\/strong> (this will be highlighted in orange).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>QuickBooks Desktop<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open your QuickBooks Desktop application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access the Web Connector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the account synced to Integra.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Update Selected<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 3: Navigate to the Employees List<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Under the <strong>Settings <\/strong>area, select the <strong>Configuration <\/strong>tab in the left-hand menu.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click <strong>Employee Setup<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"241\" height=\"210\" src=\"https:\/\/help.insperity.com\/bps\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2025\/10\/Integra-Employee-List-PNG.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4119\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 4: Adding and mapping new employees<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>QuickBooks Employees Setup tab<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: <em>Employees must be mapped here if you&#8217;re importing time from Time and Attendance and\/or timesheets from QuickBooks.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>New employees will import on this tab automatically if they have been added in QuickBooks and have been synced.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>EDIT <\/strong>on the top right-hand side.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"713\" height=\"69\" src=\"https:\/\/help.insperity.com\/bps\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2025\/10\/Integra-Employee-Setup.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4123\" style=\"width:670px;height:80px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Map the new Employee(s) that has been added with the Insperity ID(s) and accounts necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>SAVE<\/strong> on the top right-hand side.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Before saving, confirm there&#8217;s not a red X in the Status column.
