Step 1: Accessing Insperity Premier<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Open a browser and enter https:\/\/portal.insperity.com\/<\/strong><\/a>. Enter your credentials and click Log In<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2: Access the Invoice Detail Report<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • Select the Reporting <\/strong>tab in the left-hand menu<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Select the Integra Reporting <\/strong>tab<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Select Integra XML import<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Step 3: Select Client ID<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Note:<\/strong> If you have multiple client IDs, you will be able to run only one client ID at a time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step 4: Select the pay date and payroll #<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    If you do not know what the pay date or payroll # is, please run the invoice detail report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step 5: Run report<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The payroll report will download automatically into your Downloads folder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
