Step 1: Accessing Insperity Premier<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Open a browser and enter https:\/\/portal.insperity.com\/<\/strong><\/a>. Enter your credentials and click Log In<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2: Access the Employee Information Report<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • Select the Reporting <\/strong>tab in the left-hand menu<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Select the Employee Information <\/strong>tab<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Select the Employee Information Report<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Step 3: Select Client ID<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Step 4: Select the employee status<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    You have the option to run a report for currently active employees, active employees during a date range, or terminated during the date range.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step 5: Add fields<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Please select the fields Employee Name <\/strong>and Employee ID<\/strong> then click on the arrow pointing to the right to use them on this report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
