Enter your credentials and click <strong>Log In<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Sign In<\/strong>.<ul><li><strong>Do you have new employees this period<\/strong>?&nbsp; Ensure the new employees are added to QuickBooks then sync to Integra and map the employee to the Insperity employee id.<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Did you add new\/edit accounts to QuickBooks that you will use with this export<\/strong>?&nbsp; Ensure you sync in order for Integra to pick up these new accounts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sync Integra with the latest account and employee information from QuickBooks by clicking the sync icon then the <strong>Update Now<\/strong> button on the left-hand menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 2: Access Insperity Premier<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Open a browser and enter <a href=\"https:\/\/portal.insperity.com\/\"><strong>https:\/\/portal.insperity.com\/<\/strong><\/a>. If import is unsuccessful, please correct any errors and re-import.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Review Payroll Costs<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You always want to review the uploaded payroll costs before moving forward to the Labor Allocation step.<ul><li>Click <strong>EDIT <\/strong>if changes are needed.<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click <strong>CONTINUE TO LABOR ALLOCATION REPORT<\/strong> to continue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img review.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirm bonus and commission (if any).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirm and map or remove additional charges or credits from the Insperity bill (if any).\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To save future mappings please click on the star to the left of the account name.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Input the Payroll Cash Total (total amount due to Insperity).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirm and map the Difference (if any).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>SAVE <\/strong>then click <strong>Export to QuickBooks<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure
