Group employees by organizational level or supervisor (required).<br>B. Select whether the review is custom, on demand, or anniversary (required).<br><strong>Note:<\/strong> If on demand or anniversary is selected, an additional field will display that will require a date range.<br>C. Select the report format as PDF or Excel (required).<br>D. Filter the report to display only selected employees, employees for an assigned supervisor, and\/or employees assigned to an organizational level (optional).<br>E.
