The group feature can assign a review template to specific employees based on the employee\u2019s job code. More information about job codes can be found here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Navigate to Groups<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Under the Administration <\/strong>tab in the left-hand menu, click Groups<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2: Create group<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In the Tool Box<\/strong>, click the green circle button to create a group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3: Enter new Performance Group information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A. Enter a name for the Performance Group (required).
B. Mark the group as active or inactive (required).
C. Select the group type as job (required).
D. Enter a description (optional).
E. Select the review template to assign to all selected jobs (required).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 4: Select the jobs to associate with this Performance Group<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Only job codes not assigned to a group will display in the Available Jobs<\/strong> section. A job code can be assigned to only one group at a time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
