Access to these fields is dependent on each company\u2019s specific set up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\n<li><strong>Period \u2013 <\/strong>Select accrual information for the previous and next accrual periods<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Type \u2013 <\/strong>Accrual Plan Type<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Accrued \u2013 <\/strong>Hours accrued in previous pay periods<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Carry \u2013 <\/strong>Hours carried over from previous accrual years<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Taken \u2013 <\/strong>Hours taken in previous pay periods<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pending Accrued \u2013 <\/strong>Hours set to become accrued in the current period or in future pay periods. Amounts in this column will move in to the Accrued column once the pay period in which the time is accrued is closed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pending Taken \u2013 <\/strong>Hours set to be taken in the current period or in future pay periods. Date \u2013 <\/strong>Effective date of transaction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hours \u2013 <\/strong>Transaction amount<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Status \u2013 <\/strong>Indicator to note transaction\u2019s status (taken or accrued in the current period or in to the future).
