Why?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This will occur if the last review period had not been closed prior to kicking off the current review cycle.\u00a0\u00a0 The following are the steps you can take to close a review cycle:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To close a review cycle, go to <strong>Performance <\/strong>\u2192<strong> Review Cycles <\/strong>\u2192<strong> <em>Review Cycle Name<\/em><\/strong>.\u00a0 Under <strong>Workflow<\/strong> <strong>Steps<\/strong>, <strong>Step 1<\/strong>, check the boxes under <strong>Current Review Workflow Step<\/strong> options and select <strong>Closed<\/strong> as the new review step under <strong>New Review Workflow Step.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"685\" height=\"328\" src=\"https:\/\/help.insperity.com\/bps\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2021\/06\/image-6.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1481\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.insperity.com\/bps\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2021\/06\/image-6.png 685w, https:\/\/help.insperity.com\/bps\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2021\/06\/image-6-300x144.png 300w, https:\/\/help.insperity.com\/bps\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2021\/06\/image-6-50x24.png 50w, https:\/\/help.insperity.com\/bps\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2021\/06\/image-6-60x29.png 60w, https:\/\/help.insperity.com\/bps\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2021\/06\/image-6-100x48.png 100w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 685px) 100vw, 685px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are working with a review cycle that is in progress, closing the previous cycle will not automatically populate the future goals into current goals in the live reviews.\u00a0 You will need to delete the current cycle and associated reviews then kick off a new cycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that deleting reviews will also delete any progress made on the review.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My employees had goals on last year\u2019s review and now they are not showing as current goals in their current review.
