After your cycle has been launched, you can add additional employees to the review cycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Navigate to Cycle-Based Reviews<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Under the Administration<\/strong> tab, select the Cycle-Based Reviews<\/strong> tab in the left-hand menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Navigate to the Manage Icon<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To the far right of the review cycle that the employee is a part of, click on the Manage Icon<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Navigate to the Employee Addition link<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In the Tool Box<\/strong>, click the Employee Addition<\/strong> link.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enter the employee’s information<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Enter the employee’s last name, first name, and\/or employee ID#.

    Note:<\/strong> You do not have to enter all three fields and you can also enter just the first few letters of the employee’s name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click Search<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Select the employee’s name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click the save icon in the Tool Box<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Note:<\/strong> If a new employee was added to the system via integration or manually under the Administration > Employees <\/strong>section, they will not be automatically added to a live review cycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
