  1. Enter the badge number assigned into the keypad or swipe the badge card.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select the Punch<\/strong> button. See the below function descriptions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

    • Clock IN<\/strong> – Standard In punch (IND)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Clock OUT<\/strong> – Standard Out punch (OUT)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Clock IN Lunch<\/strong> – Back from Lunch (INL)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Options <\/strong>– Moves to the Options screen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      1. If you select the Options<\/strong> button, the following displays:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

          \n
        • Manage Consent <\/strong>– if biometrics are being used, this allows the employee to manage current consent acceptance and renewal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Renewal Punches<\/strong> – allows employee to review their punches created at this device or a one-week period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • View Schedules<\/strong> – if schedules are used within Insperity Time, this displays the next days of the assigned schedule.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Employee Info<\/strong> – provides “Total Hours” that lists the employee’s total hours for the current pay period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
