To map the full name and job title field, go to Administration<\/strong> > Fields<\/strong> > Hierarchy & Special Functions Fields<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Under Special Function Fields<\/strong> select the field that will be used from your employee data source that will match to the Full Name Display and to the Job Title.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Select OK<\/strong> and then Save<\/strong> to save the field mappings. <\/p>\n\n\n\n All non-role-based full administrators will have access to succession planning.
