<\/figure>\n\n\n\nTo access the Time Punch<\/strong> page, click the Time Clock <\/strong>widget on your Home page OR select Time Punch<\/strong> in your navigation pane. (You can open the navigation pane by clicking the icon at the top left of your screen.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n On the Time Punch <\/strong>page, navigate to the Punch<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Select the appropriate punch category (e.g., In for Day, In from Lunch, Out).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Enter a comment if desired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Click the PUNCH button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n On the Time Punch <\/strong>page, navigate to the Punch<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Select the appropriate punch category (e.g., In for Day, In from Lunch, Out).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Enter a comment if desired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Slide the Default Org Level indicator to the left.<\/p>\n\n\n\n An Organization Levels menu will appear, allowing you to select the desired items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Click the PUNCH button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n On the Time Punch<\/strong> page, navigate to the Transfer<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Enter a comment if desired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Select the desired items from the Organization Levels menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Click the PUNCH button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n On the Time Punch<\/strong> page, navigate to the Punch<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Scroll down to view the Recent Activity section. *<\/p>\n\n\n\n If a comment was entered or non-default organization level was selected at the time the punch was submitted, a icon will display to the right of the punch. Click that icon to view those details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n *Please note this is a view-only section for punches entered yesterday and today. To view older punches or edit punches, please access the full Time & Attendance site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Click Quick Punch<\/strong> at the bottom of the login screen.
