an appraiser review"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Once an employee self-evaluation has been completed by your employee, you will get a notification to log in and complete an evaluation of your employee.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Navigation and access<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To access your employee\u2019s performance review, select the review from the <strong>My class=\"wp-block-heading\">Completing the review<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Navigation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If employees are doing self-evaluations, you will be able to see what the employees had rated themselves and any comments written in the review.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To complete the performance review, click on each section of the review in the review navigation screen.\u00a0 In the sections that need to be rated, select the appropriate rating and add supporting comments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Performance notes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In any section of the review, you can view performance and peer notes that have been entered for your employee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure goals section of the system which have end dates falling within the period of performance being reviewed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If your company has current goals as a part of their performance review, it is necessary that each goal is rated and weighted before you can complete the review.\u00a0 The total weight of all goals must add up to 100%.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image part of their performance review, it is necessary that each competency is rated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To rate the competency click on the arrow to the left of the competency:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure factor under each competency must be rated before you can submit your review to your appraiser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return the review for changes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At any point before you complete your appraisal, you are able to send the review back to the employee for additional comments or any changes to how they filled out their self-review.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You completed already.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Completing the appraisal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have endorsers in the workflow process, click on <strong>Send to proceed to the face to face meeting with your employee.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">After the face-to-face <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the face-to-face discussion has been completed,
