NOTE: To be used prior to annual review cycle. Go to Goals<\/strong> in the left-hand menu. To access your employee\u2019s goals, click on Team Goals<\/strong>. To add a goal to a review that is in progress, see Adding Goals to a Review that is in Progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adding a goal for a single employee<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To add a goal for a single employee, go to Goals<\/strong>.\u00a0Click the Add Goal for Single Employee<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enter the following Information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Select the Employee Name<\/strong> from the drop-down box.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. The Goal Name<\/strong> of the goal you would like to enter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Optional<\/em>:\u00a0Choose a Weight<\/strong> you would like to assign to this specific goal to count toward their overall score.\u00a0This is optional at this point in time; however, each goal will need to be weighted in a performance review. The employee will have an opportunity to weigh the goal in the performance review at review time.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Optional:<\/em>\u00a0Select a Category<\/strong> for the goal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. You must enter a Start Date<\/strong> and an End Dat<\/strong>e for the goal.\u00a0The End Date<\/strong> will determine which goal(s) will be added to a performance review based on the performance review period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Enter a Goal Description.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Enter a Goal Measurement.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Save <\/strong>the goal.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    NOTE:\u00a0The employee or supervisor can edit and maintain this goal prior to or within the performance review.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Adding a single goal for multiple employees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    To add a single goal for multiple employees go to Goals<\/strong>.\u00a0Click the Add Goal for Multiple Employees<\/strong> button.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In Step 1, follow the instruction for adding a goal for a single employee as outlined above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In Step 2, select the names of the employees to be included in the goal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Save<\/strong> the goal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    NOTE:\u00a0The employees cannot edit these goals. Only the supervisor can edit and maintain this goal on behalf of the employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Managing your multi-employee goal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    You can use the filtering tools in the middle of your screen to find a goal that has already been entered. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Select Goals assigned to Multiple Employees<\/strong> and search for the name of the goal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The delete<\/strong> icon \u00a0allows you to delete the goal.\u00a0Please note that you are not able to recover this goal once deleted. Deleting a goal will delete for all employees assigned to the goal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The copy<\/strong> goal icon allows you to copy the contents of a goal to a new goal for a single employee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To edit<\/strong> the goal, click on the goal name and make necessary edits.\u00a0The edits will apply to all employees with this goal.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To remove an individual employee from the goal assignment, uncheck the name in Step 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Adding goals to a review that is in progress<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    To add a goal to a review that is in progress, navigate to the Current<\/strong> Goals<\/strong> section in the performance review.\u00a0Click Add<\/strong> Goal<\/strong> to create a current goal within the review.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
