Their direct contact information will be provided upon completion of implementation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While your assigned technician will continue to provide you with day-to-day, on-demand assistance, the <a href=\"https:\/\/help.insperity.com\/bps\/categories\/ita\/\">Insperity Time and Attendance<\/a> section of this site may provide you with quick answers to basic questions, training videos and help articles \u2013 all at your fingertips.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Contacting Time and Attendance technical support<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contact your technical support specialist for application support by phone or email using the contact information provided to you. If you are unsure of how to reach your technical support specialist, please contact your Insperity payroll specialist for assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Authorized Contacts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We want to make sure that the confidential information contained on your site is secure. Our technicians will provide information and support only to the employees you have designated as authorized contacts, including a primary contact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As the primary contact, we will correspond with you in the event that we need to provide system information, ask about an unauthorized caller or any other correspondence that was not initiated by one of your authorized contacts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Changes to the authorized contact list need to be made via email and can come from anyone currently on your authorized contact list. Please let us know when there are any changes that would require an update to the authorized contacts list. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">*<em>We are closed for business on the following federal holidays:\u00a0New Year\u2019s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
