State Tax Updates

With this release, businesses with work locations in the District of Columbia will see an increase in the Paid Family Leave (PFL) employer tax rate from 0.26% to 0.75%. People Cloud will automatically calculate the additional PFL tax that needs to be collected due to this increase and the additional impound will take place with the next payroll processed prior to the end of the third quarter.
