- Reports in the Finance, GL, & Labor Costing category with “export” in the title, like the GL Detail Export, are formatted for Excel and may be used to import into your financial system.
- If you use QuickBooks for general ledger, Insperity offers the Integra tool to map and send GL entries from isolved to QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Online. Integra is included with Workforce Acceleration at no additional cost. Contact your Payroll Specialist to schedule an Integra implementation.
- If your financial system requires GL entries to be formatted in a specific way, contact your Payroll Specialist and provide a sample of the required file layout. Standard exports exist for some commonly used financial systems. Your support team can often assist with building custom exports in Report Writer.
