Choice 401(k) plans from Insperity Retirement Services offer the ideal blend of investment choice, popular features and services combined with the power of payroll integration.

With our 360° integration, employees and election updates are shared nightly between the isolved People Cloud technology platform and the Insperity Retirement Service Center sm.

These plans provide fully-integrated deferred compensation options for Workforce Acceleration and Workforce Administration clients.  Two options are available:

  • Choice® 401(k) Plan with standard features
  • Choice® 401(k) Plan with customized plan features for client-specific requirements

1. Clients follow their standard processes to hire and terminate employees in isolved People Cloud, and employees use the intuitive Retirement Service Center to update their 401(k) contributions and plan elections.

2. Each payroll, 401(k) deductions, loan payments, and employer contributions are sent automatically to Insperity Retirement Services. Funds are collected with the standard payroll impound and remitted to Insperity Retirement Services who funds the individual employee retirement accounts.

3. Annually, Insperity Retirement Services uses census information from isolved People Cloud to assist with non-discrimination testing for plan compliance.
