I have to make a payroll correction that will affect taxes. How do I handle this?

If a wage/tax adjustment is required that will require amendments to tax forms, a request must be submitted to your payroll specialist in writing, providing details for the adjustment and employee(s) affected.

Your payroll specialist will complete a ‘Supplemental Delivery Order for Tax Adjustments’ and send to you for your signature. Your signature is required in order to authorize the tax adjustments and collection of applicable fees for the work to be completed.

Upon receipt of signed delivery order, you will then receive an invoice for the applicable fees, upon receipt of payment your payroll specialist will begin the work to complete the tax corrections.

Once the work has been completed by your payroll specialist and the tax department, you will be notified by your payroll specialist. Any additional taxes due (if applicable), based on the tax adjustments performed, will be due at this time.
