End of Life Announcement

GO functionality disabled effective October 7th

The isolved GO mobile app will no longer be functional, effective Friday, Oct. 7th. When employees attempt to use the isolved GO app, they will receive a message stating “Unable to communicate with server.  Please try again.” 

If your employees are not yet using AEX, see it in action here. To switch to the modern Adaptive Employee Experience that works across all devices visit the Help Center or contact your Customer Success Specialist.

Employee I-9 Update 

Employees can now complete their I-9 in AEX 

We recommend having employees complete their portion of the I-9 during the Onboarding process. The new AEX I-9 option is intended for use if for some reason you cannot use Onboarding and need a way for an employee to electronically complete their portion of the I-9 once they have been hired. 

If you would like the Employee I-9 option to be available in AEX, please contact your Payroll Specialist.
