If your company incurs a change in bank account information for a bank account that Insperity has on file, you will need to contact your payroll specialist.
Your payroll specialist will provide you with the following form(s) to complete and return:
- Customer Funding Authorization
- WX Direct Debit Agreement (if applicable)
- WX Signature Template (if applicable)
You will also need to indicate if the change applies to funding payroll, monthly payroll fees, or both.
