{"id":2124,"date":"2022-01-13T16:59:36","date_gmt":"2022-01-13T16:59:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.insperity.com\/hcm\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=2124"},"modified":"2023-01-04T18:32:51","modified_gmt":"2023-01-04T18:32:51","slug":"how-do-i-find-employees-who-are-being-paid-below-minimum-wage","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/help.insperity.com\/hcm\/knowledge-base\/how-do-i-find-employees-who-are-being-paid-below-minimum-wage\/","title":{"rendered":"How do I find employees who are being paid below minimum wage?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The <strong>Employee Salary\/Hourly Rate<\/strong> <strong>List<\/strong> dashboard on the <strong>Employee Admin Tools &gt; Employee Analytics<\/strong> menu shows pay rates for all employees. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To view just employees who need a pay increase to meet minimum wage:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select the <strong>Active Employees Paid Below Minimum Wage <\/strong>filter in Options.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make sure the <strong>As of Date<\/strong> reflects the time period you want to review.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Filter<\/strong>.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>This filter will look at the\u00a0employee&#8217;s salary that is effective on the date you specified and compare to the minimum wage rate effective at the same time for that employee\u2019s work location.
