- Employers with four or more employees in New York City will be required to add salary ranges (minimum and maximum) to external job postings, as well as internal postings for promotion or transfer.<\/li>

To add the pay ranges, navigate to Client Management<\/strong> > Tables<\/strong> > Salary Grades<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
- Add the grade code and description.
- Click Add New<\/strong>.<\/li>
- Salary Grade Code:<\/strong> Enter a code that identifies the grade.<\/li>
- Salary Grade Description (optional):<\/strong> Enter either the job and\/or experience needed for the grade.<\/li>
- Click Save<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
