Clients follow their standard processes to hire and terminate employees in isolved People Cloud, and employees use the Insperity Retirement Service Center to update their 401(k) contributions and plan elections.<br><br>2. Each payroll, 401(k) deductions, loan payments, and employer contributions are sent automatically to Insperity Retirement Services.&nbsp;Funds are collected with the standard payroll impound and remitted to Insperity Retirement Services who funds the individual employee retirement accounts.<br><br>3.
