This is sometimes necessary if a payroll deadline was missed, and the pay date must be adjusted to allow for employee direct deposits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To change a payroll check date, go to <strong>Payroll Processing &gt; Client Run Schedule<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/help.insperity.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/image.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-110\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Select the payroll that needs the check date changed.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click <strong>Edit<\/strong> to make your changes.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Update the <strong>Pay<\/strong> <strong>Date<\/strong> to the desired payroll check date (NOTE: the new date <em>must<\/em> be at least 2 days from the day that payroll will be processed).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Save<\/strong> your changes.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/help.insperity.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/image-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-111\"\/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The process below should be used to change the pay date for a specified payroll.
