{"id":4624,"date":"2023-04-09T10:05:10","date_gmt":"2023-04-09T10:05:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.insperity.com\/hcm\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=4624"},"modified":"2025-04-25T18:20:47","modified_gmt":"2025-04-25T18:20:47","slug":"using-task-dashboards-for-time-and-labor-management","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/help.insperity.com\/hcm\/knowledge-base\/using-task-dashboards-for-time-and-labor-management\/","title":{"rendered":"Using Task Dashboards for Time and Labor Management"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Task dashboards in isolved People Cloud, ESS Classic View, and the Adaptive Employee Experience (AEX) make it easy to complete all the required steps at the end of each pay period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Administrators use isolved People Cloud to access full functionality, including My Dashboard<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Self-service users complete their tasks in the Adaptive Employee Experience (AEX) on any device, including desktops, phones, and tablets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Self-service users on desktop computers can switch to Classic to complete their tasks in ESS Classic View<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">My Dashboard in isolved People Cloud and ESS Classic View<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Administrators using isolved People Cloud and managers or supervisors using ESS Classic View have access to My Dashboard. <strong>My Dashboard<\/strong> lets supervisors, managers, and administrators quickly check for pending items that need approval and review labor before payroll processing. To enable mass approvals, click the Filter icon so you can see the filter options. Click <strong>Review<\/strong> to address items in each category that need to be evaluated.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click <strong>Punches<\/strong> to review missing punches that your employees have submitted for the current pay period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Time card<\/strong> to review time card objections that your employees have submitted for the current pay period and to verify time cards once they are finalized.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Time off<\/strong> to review time off requests that your employees have submitted for the current pay period. You can add missing absences or time off requests by clicking <strong>Create New<\/strong> at the bottom of the Pending Transactions section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Updates<\/strong> to review changes employees have submitted in the current pay period.
