But the system will not automatically change employee pay, since you are always in control of what your employees earn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can stay on top of changing pay requirements with the Insperity <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/help.insperity.com\/hcm\/knowledge-base\/how-to-submit-a-ticket-to-the-hr-support-center\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/help.insperity.com\/hcm\/knowledge-base\/how-to-submit-a-ticket-to-the-hr-support-center\/\" target=\"_blank\">HR Resource Center<\/a>. Register for automatic updates in states where you work to learn about legislative changes, including minimum wage increases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color\" style=\"color:#009639\">Reviewing wage rates for compliance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tools are available in isolved People Cloud so you can easily identify employees who might fall below minimum wage in the future. This option reviews each employee based on their primary work location.
