Displays competencies and their associated factors. The list includes standard and user-defined competencies.
A. Can select one or multiple competencies (optional).
B. Can filter by competency type: standard or user-defined (optional).
C. Can search by competency name (optional).
D. After clicking Run Report, a pop-up window will display the report with the option to save as an Excel document, PDF, or Word document.
