A goal’s end date determines whether the goal displays as a Current or Future goal inside a performance review.
For example, if the review period’s start date is 1/1/2024 and the review period’s end date is 12/31/2024:
- A goal with an end date between 1/1/2024 and 12/31/2024 is considered a current goal.
- A goal with an end date after 12/31/2024 is considered a future goal.
