isolved provides the ability to pay third party vendors for the amounts that are deducted from employee pay or calculated as employer costs in memo calculations. However, Insperity only supports certain types of third party payments based on vendor type.
Insperity does not support third party payments to benefit carriers but may be able to set up payments for other deduction types like:
- Child support payments
- Other garnishments, like tax levies
- Union dues
- Other voluntary deductions
These third party payments are paid by a live check that can be sent either to your address or U.S. mailed directly to the third party. Some child support payments can also be sent by ACH. Your payroll specialist can provide additional information and configure these payments for you.
You will need the following information in order to get a third party payment set up:
- Name of third party (what should appear on the check)
- Mailing address of third party
- Contact name at third party, if applicable
- Copy of remittance portion of court order (only for child support payments)
