All payrolls must be processed by 3 p.m. Central time two business days prior to the check date on the payroll. If payroll is not processed by that time, you may have a few options available to you.
- You can change the check date of the payroll. The new check date would need to be at least two business days from the date you will process the payroll. For step-by-step instructions for changing the check date, visit the help article available here: Changing a payroll check date.
- If the check date is in the future but you have missed the processing deadline, you could process all payments as live checks. Insperity can send live checks overnight to your location if the payroll is submitted by 3 p.m. Central time. You will need the assistance of your payroll specialist in order to do this.
- You could write checks in-house and process the payments as manual checks in isolved. For step-by-step instructions for posting a manual check into isolved, visit the help article available here: How to process a manual check
