Overview of Insperity Perks+™ financial wellness program

To help you and your workforce, Insperity is excited to introduce a financial wellness solution for your employees called Insperity Perks+. 

This program has three ways your employees can work toward building a stronger financial future.

  1. An earned wage access (EWA) program where employees can receive a certain amount of their earned wages daily prior to pay day, giving them greater flexibility to manage their finances. You can define how much they have access to, up to 50% of their gross wages each pay period.
  2. Access to a secured credit card that allows the employee to build their credit score without incurring debt or having to pay interest on money spent through using the card.
  3. Opportunity to use an online marketplace that allows them to shop for their favorite brands and receive discounts from day-to-day purchased as well as discounts to travel and entertainment. They can receive cash-back rewards for their purchases too.
