W-2 forms
For employees who have consented to receive their year-end forms electronically, their W-2 form will be available to download through Employee Self-Service on Jan. 19, 2024. No forms will be printed for employees who have elected to receive year-end forms electronically.
Insperity will mail paper W-2s directly to employees. If an employee DID NOT opt-in to receive electronic tax forms, their original W-2 will be mailed by Jan. 31, 2024, to their tax form address on file in isolved. Employees will need to update their address no later than Wednesday, Dec. 27, 2023, to ensure delivery to the correct address.
1099 forms
1099-NEC forms are only printed and mailed to the employee tax form address if wages exceed $600. If you need 1099-NECs printed for forms with wages of less than $600, please notify your payroll specialist before Friday, Dec. 15, 2023. No forms will be printed for non-employees who have elected to receive year-end forms electronically.
For clients with Choice 401(k) plans through Insperity Retirement Services, 1099-R forms will be mailed to participants by Jan. 31, 2024.
