Earned Wage Access allows employees to access a portion of wages they’ve already earned before payday. The process is fully automated and integrated with payroll, and any wages accessed are automatically deducted from the employee’s next paycheck—no additional work required from employers or managers.

No. Earned Wage Access is not a loan. Employees are accessing wages they have already earned, not borrowing money. There is no interest, no credit check, and no impact to an employee’s credit score.

No. Earned Wage Access is fully automated and does not require manager approval. All deductions are handled automatically through payroll.

Employees may access earned wages with no fees when using the Insperity Perks+ Prepaid Mastercard®. Other transfer options may include optional fees depending on the method selected, which are clearly disclosed to the employee.

No. To promote financial stability and responsible use, only a portion of earned wages is available prior to payday.

Once employees receive their Insperity Perks+ invitation and complete enrollment, they can begin participating as soon as they start earning wages, subject to eligibility requirements.

The Insperity Perks+ Prepaid Mastercard® is a secure and convenient way for employees to receive wages and eliminate paper checks. Employees can access earned wages using the card with no fees, making it a simple and cost‑effective option.

Remittance Services allow employees to send money to family and friends internationally through low‑cost transfers. Funds can be sent to over 190 countries and territories, with delivery options including cash pickup, bank deposit, and mobile wallet

The Marketplace provides exclusive discounts on groceries, gas, dining, travel, and more. Employees can access promo codes and coupons for both online and in‑store purchases, including local businesses.

Employees can earn up to 20% cashback when shopping with more than 8,000 online merchants across categories like clothing, electronics, travel, beauty, pet supplies, and more.

If an employee’s email address is missing or incorrect in payroll records, they will not receive their Insperity Perks+ invitation. Managers should ensure employee email addresses are accurate and up to date.

Once an employee’s termination is recorded in isolved payroll, Earned Wage Access is automatically deactivated for that employee.
