When an employee is missing a New Request button this is generally due to a missing supervisor (main supervisor assignment should be made in Premier to import over to Time & Attendance) or their hire date being in a future pay period, so the system does not recognize them as an active employee.
Once a supervisor is assigned the New Request button will then appear. If an employee is hired in a future pay period, once the pay period is current, they will then see the New Request button appear.
