How do I fix or delete a part of a request that I have already sent?

An adjustment to a previously sent request must be withdrawn or cancelled in its entirety. These steps are detailed in the “Canceling or Withdrawing a Request” section of the Requests User Guide.

If the user has direct access to the page that is updated as a result of an accepted request, the adjustments can be made there directly.
