Benefit administrators can enter life events on behalf of employees using isolved People Cloud by navigating to Employee Self-Service > Life Events Wizard. This Quick Help video walks you through the process.
The Life Events Wizard is not yet available in the Adaptive Employee Experience (AEX). On desktop computers, AEX users can click Classic View from the navigation menu to use the Life Events Wizard.
Once the Life Events Wizard is complete and supporting documentation has been submitted, employees can complete benefit enrollment in ESS. They can use AEX on any device or Classic View on desktops to make changes to their benefit elections related to their qualifying event.
