The Adaptive Employee Experience (AEE), isolved People Cloud mobile app, and ESS Classic View are self-service options included in Insperity Workforce Acceleration for employees, supervisors, and managers. Self-service users only need to register once using an email address to create their identity that will grant them access to all features within isolved People Cloud.
Client administrators can initiate self-service registration by:
Initiating Onboarding
Using onboarding allows new employees to register for self-service before they’re hired. Complete the Initiate Onboarding steps from the Onboarding tab in Applicant Tracking or the Pending Employees dashboard to send an onboarding registration email to the address you specified. This is generally the employee’s personal email address they used in the application process, since they have not been provisioned yet for a business email account.
This email will include a link to authenticate the new user account and begin the onboarding process, as seen below.
Completing the Hiring Workflow or using Quick Hire
Completing the New Hire Onboarding Wizard triggers the system to send the welcome email to the address entered in the Self-Service Email field.
When the Enable Self Service Access box is checked, a welcome email is sent to the address listed in the Self-Service Email field.
This email includes a link to complete initial registration for the isolved Self Service account. Registration requires users to specify a password and provide answers to security questions. They have the option to include a cell phone number to enable multifactor authentication (MFA) using their mobile device.
Self-Service Management
The Self-Service Management dashboard provides quick access to administer and manage access for individuals or groups of employees at once.
Employee General Information
If self-service was not enabled during the hiring process or from the Self-Service Management dashboard, access can be granted to individual employees from their General information screen.
