Performing full Time and Attendance data exports (payroll and accrual data)

Payroll data export

The payroll export report exports basic payroll information by employee. This report will provide the following types of information; employee worked organization level, punches detail, pay detail, and comments.

  • Navigate to Reports > Generate Reports 
  • Select the “Data Export – Payroll “report under Select Report
  • Set the Filter Org Level to include/exclude inactive Organization Levels
  • Set the Date Range
    • When extracting all historical pay information, set the date range to “Custom” then add the Start Date to when you began using the system and the End Date to the current date.
  • In the Filters, select all pay groups in the Available section include in the report and use the left arrow to add them to the Assigned section.
  • Set any Parameter, Sorting, and Output formats desired
  • Click Generate

Depending on the amount of data, you may consider running the report in smaller time increments.

Accrual data export

The Accruals report will export accrual information by employee for the specified date range.  This report will provide the following types of information; employee, worked organization level, accrual name, effective date, transaction type, and hours.

  • Navigate to Reports > Generate Reports 
  • Select the “Data Export – Accruals “report under Select Report
  • Set the Filter Org Level to include/exclude inactive Organization Levels
  • Set the Date Range
    • When extracting all historical pay information, set the date range to “Custom” then add the Start Date to when you began using the system and the End Date to the current date.
  • In the Filters, select all the organizational levels and pay groups in the Available section include in the report and use the left arrow to add them to the Assigned section.
  • Set any Parameter, Sorting, and Output formats desired
  • Click Generate

Depending on the amount of data, you may consider running the report in smaller time increments.
