    Identity & Access Management

The isolved security enhancements associated with IdentityServer Phase 2 will be released on Thursday, February 29th.

Cybercriminals have become more sophisticated, so your Insperity Workforce Acceleration™ technology is changing to keep pace.

    Payroll & Tax

    2024 Tax Changes

With this release, we have made updates to employee state withholding forms that are used in onboarding and when employees take advantage of the Tax Updates functionality within employee self-service.

The chart below lists the tax forms that have changed. Please review this document for detailed information on specific form updates.

Reminder!  If you have employees who are subject to the Alabama overtime exemption and have not yet contacted your Payroll Specialist or Time Support (WATime@insperity.com) to get your new Alabama Overtime earnings set up, please do so ASAP to ensure your employees are taxed correctly and Alabama overtime earnings are correctly reported to the state.

Visit the 9.24 release article for additional information regarding the new Alabama overtime exemption.

    Payroll Run History

Currently, the dropdown default for Pay Date Year on the Payroll Run History screen is “All Years.”  Some clients with large pay groups and many years of history may experience performance issues due to the volume of payroll run history being loaded at one time.  With this release, the Pay Date Year dropdown will default to the most recent year a payroll has been run and will automatically display the payroll history for that year.  You can easily access the history for prior years by changing the Pay Date Year dropdown selection

    I-9 Enhancements

With this release, you get several great enhancements related to I-9 forms.  Now you can:

    • Reverify an I-9 even when the employee’s original I-9 was not completed within isolved
    • Make corrections to complete the preparer section of the I-9 after making corrections to Section 1 on behalf of the employee
