Unemployment tax filing changes in SC & WV for Q1 2024

With this release, SOC codes are now required during Quick Hire and on job records for employees with work locations in South Carolina and West Virginia to help employers meet updated unemployment filing requirements.

The Payroll Exception Report will begin listing missing SOC code exceptions when previewing payrolls for employees with work locations in South Carolina and West Virginia with this version 10.03 update.

For more information on how to review and update employee SOC code assignments, read Including SOC codes on unemployment tax returns.
