Highlights

isolved version 9.22 includes the release of the more New York wage notices in Spanish, 2024 minimum wage updates, new Client Reports for the Maine retirement savings program, Affordable Care Act (ACA) Form Approval screen enhancement, and Employee Management Memo Calculation and Prior Employment screen redesigns.

Multi-factor authentication postponed until 2024

We heard you! At Insperity, we understand year-end is a busy and important time of year. To ensure you can give your company’s year-end the focus and attention it deserves, the Identity Phase 2 – Multi-factor authentication enhancements have been postponed until after the holiday and year-end season.

We will update you on the timing of the release of multi-factor authentication in the first half of January.

All the power of the Adaptive Employee Experience (AEX) is available now as a mobile app for managers, supervisors, and employees on iOS and Android devices.

The new isolved People Cloud app makes it easy for users who like the simplicity of downloading from the Google Play or Apple App store. It’s a convenient, flexible, and secure way to effortlessly enter time, enroll in benefits, and view pay stubs on their preferred device.

New Spanish Pay Rate Notice options for New York

Additional NY LS form are now available in a Spanish language version

We’ve added the following wage notices for the state of New York in Spanish!  To configure Client Notices, navigate to Client Management > HR Management > HR Administration > Client Notices.  The Spanish language version of the NY LS will be available in the Notice Type dropdown on the Client Notices page.

• NY LS 55S – Spanish version of the Notice for Multiple Hourly Rate Employees
• NY LS 56S – Spanish version of the Notice for Employees Paid a Weekly Rate or Salary for a Fixed Number of Hours (40 or Fewer in a Week)
• NY LS 59S – Spanish version of the Notice for Exempt Employees.

Minimum Wage Updates for 2024

State and local minimum wage updates for 2024

A number of 2024 minimum wages have been updated based on information provided by each jurisdiction.  They will continue to be updated as more rates are published.

Employee City Tax Withholding Information

Tax Info Tab Enhancement

An enhancement has been made to display city withholding information (when applicable) on the Tax Info tab vs having to click on the Other Taxes Tab to view the information.

Maine State Retirement Savings

New Client Reports available to support MyMESaving

Maine has a new retirement savings program created to help Maine’s private-sector employees without access to employer-sponsored retirement plans. The following Client Reports have been added to allow the export of MyMESavings data from isolved:

• ME Retirement Saving – Initial Census
• ME Retirement Savings – Ongoing Census FTP
• ME Retirement Savings – Contributions FTP files

These reports will provide you with the employee information you need to provide to the state as part of the registration process (ME Retirement Savings – Initial Census) as well as the ongoing requirement to provide employee information (ME Retirement Savings – Ongoing Census FTP). The ME Retirement Savings – Contributions FTP file will export MyMESavings deduction information from isolved.

Employee Change Log Enhancement

Client Users can now view Change Logs

In the 9.21 release, the able to select multiple filters on the Employee Change Log screen was added.  With this release, when logged in as a Client User, you will now be able to view these filters.

Screen Enhancements

The effort continues in this release to modernize the screens in isolved People Cloud. Over the next few months, additional screens will be refreshed using the new grid style that you’ve already seen on other screens.  The overall functionality stays the same with some differences noted below.

Employee Management

In this release, the Employee Management > Employee Pay > Memo Calculations screen has been updated:

• Updated grid layout
• Added export all data to Excel
• Added column chooser
• Added filtering to columns
• Added action button to edit details

Also in this release, the Employee Management > Human Resources > Prior Employment screen has been updated:

• Updated grid layout.
• Added export all data to Excel.
• Added action button to edit details.
